For this weeks CBOC Webinar series, we were joined by Michele Rupe to discuss the topic of leadership. Michele focused on the importance of leadership development as part of the core components of an officials overall development. Just like all other areas of officiating, leadership is learned and it is time to make sure that everyone knows how to access the knowledge and skills to “liberate the leader” within themselves; whether a new or seasoned official!
