Several outstanding MMBRA officials represent the association at the national level at the CEBL (Canadian Elite Basketball League). These officials include Jayson Stiell, Greg Southward, Max Audette, Yannick Payette, and François Brouillette.

The CEBL features a high level of competition, including players with experience from the NBA, NCAA, and international leagues. The league operates under FIBA rules, which requires referees to be well-versed in these regulations to manage the fast-paced, high-intensity games effectively. This is where MMBRA’s expertise comes into play, ensuring that the officiating standards meet the demands of such a competitive environment

Many of our referees also work behind the scenes for CEBL games out of Montreal's Alliance team on the table. These officials include Robert Shaul, Cham Fung Lau (CFL), Shaun Pearce, and Bianca “the jellyfish” Simoes. MMBRA's Mike Homsy and Pierre Marion also serve as the referee coach for several games throughout the season.

On Wednesday, June 5th, the Montreal Alliance vs Ottawa Blackjacks game was officiated entirely by MMBRA Officials: Jayson Stiell, François Brouillette, and Greg Southward. This served as the perfect opportunity for a CEBL/MMBRA picture! Special mention goes to Mike Homsy who was at the game but unavailable for the picture.
