Basketball Québec announced a new training course for new officials in the province. The course will be presented by the CPA (Comité Provincial d'Aarbitrage) and will cover all the necessary rules for new officials. The course is offered free of charge to anyone interested on the 16th and 17th of October at 7:30 pm.
