NOCP Level 1 Course Offered in Montreal – December 13

MMBRA is pleased to announce that an NOCP Level 1 certification course will be offered in Montreal on Saturday, December 13, 2025. This course is ideal for new and aspiring officials looking to complete the first level of Canada Basketball’s National Officials Certification Program (NOCP).

This one-day training combines both Part 1 – Theory and Part 2 – On-Court components, giving rookie officials the foundation they need to begin their officiating journey with confidence. The NOCP Clinic will be delivered as part of the Sun Youth Holiday Classic, providing participants with a dynamic learning environment during one of Montreal’s marquee youth basketball events.

Participants will receive classroom instruction, rule theory, and on-court practical sessions designed to help them build the essential skills and knowledge required for successful officiating at the entry level.
